Dheemahi Estate

The property spans a total of 17.5 acres, of which 10.5 acres are officially recorded and the remaining 7 acres are under encroachment. Cultivation currently takes place on approximately 15 acres, yielding an annual income of ₹18–22 lakhs. The land is diversified with areca, coffee, pepper, paddy, and about 2 acres of sugarcane, which alone contributes around ₹3 lakhs annually. Additional crops include over 150 nutmeg trees, cardamom (elachi), approximately 15 coconut trees, clove trees, and silver trees. The property is well-supported by robust water sources, including a lake, a well, and two pumpsets, ensuring ample supply even during peak summer. Last year, the estate produced around 170 bags of coffee, with current market rates at ₹12,800 per bag. Arecanut yield is about 50 quintals (raw), and pepper production averages 5–6 quintals annually.
