Blooms Madakkal

"Blooms Madakkal" is our 6th initiative which is gifted naturally with beauty. It's on a small hillock overlooking multiple hills. This project covers 18 acres of land, with a stream flowing on one of it's sides. Here we intend to build a community that we would encourage to visit frequently and hence each plot (20000 square feet) is sold with a cottage. These cottages will fetch you assured monthly returns. The price of $ 275 per square foot also includes a cottage.
